RHRichard E. Huebner, President
IICRC Certified Carpet Inspector

Richard started CCC as a partnership with his father in 1985 at the age of 19 and it was his third job. The plan at that time was to do commercial carpet cleaning in the evenings and have the daytime to play.

After 3 years of that regimen he discovered that working all night meant he slept all day and there was no time to play. That is when the evolution began to include residential carpet cleaning in CCC's services. Owners of the commercial businesses serviced and their referrals are still the foundation of the residential customer base we have. Richard has always been determined to operate a service company that treats people the way he was brought up: In a respectful, honest and joyful environment.

In the mid 90's Richard joined the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration (IICRC) and immersed himself in learning everything he could about this service profession. He maintains most available industry certifications at a Master Level. He is certified as a Carpet Inspector. Carpet mills, installation and retail companies often hire him as an unbiased third-party to determine where something went wrong during the manufacturing, installation or cleaning processes. This service helps Richard remain fully-trained in his field for carpet cleaning in Tucson.

In 2001 Margret started working with Richard and his father, Dick Huebner. In 2002 Dick retired and joined the "Winter Visitor" group. He travels with his wife, Esther, in a motor home across the country selling glass nail files at arts & craft shows. These can be seen www.stuffandsuchofaz.com.

Currently Richard and Margret are "Empty Nesters" and enjoying every minute of it. Son Robby serves in the United States Air Force and is stationed in Germany. Robby spent numerous summers and school breaks as a helper at the company with many customers now checking on his status when they call for their cleaning services.

MHMargret Huebner
IICRC Certified Technician

Upon joining CCC in 2001 Margret started coordinating service schedules and put all customers into a database to keep records electronically. She works hand-in-hand with Richard, on a daily basis, managing the general operations and care of our customers and co-workers. Not just any couple can work this successfully together and create a joyful working environment. She has achieved certifications in carpet cleaning, water restoration and structural drying. This allows her to answer questions and help educate customers. Richard's commitment to the industry has addicted Margret to acquiring more knowledge and always learning new things, too. She reads trade magazines; their coffee table has a large stack of industry related magazines; there are no women's magazines in this stack. The Huebners are 100% committed to CCC, the industry and, most importantly, their customers and co-workers.
