Coming home to an entirely flooded house was devastating to all of us. We called CCC the next morning and Margret in the office quickly calmed us down, told us they were experts at this and have done lots of them before. She set up anappointment for Richard to come out the next day and within 1 day of calling them, CCC was hard at work mitigating the water damage, and starting the process of recovery.
We can't tell you how appreciative we were that CCC was there. Richard told us what to expect, and they were all completely professional in their communication and workmanship and took great care to make sure our personal belongings were taken care of. They had all the equipment needed to take care of a job that had over 36,000 gallons of water dumped into our house. When they finished their work everything was cleaned up, sanitized and ready for the Insurance company, contractor and other vendors to do their work. CCC even made recommendations for contractors and other vendors that turned out to be excellent choices for us.
We would highly recommend CCC should you unfortunately ever have to have a water damage company come to your rescue. In a day and age where good old fashioned customer service and quality work are lacking, CCC stands WAY out ahead. They simply will treat you fairly, charge you fairly, work with your insurance company, and add the personal touch of meeting your requirements in a time of great stress.
